Session Fees

Individual Therapy Session (50 minutes) — $150
Family Therapy Session (50 minutes) — $165
Parent Support Session (50 minutes) — $140

Payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted forms of payment may include credit card or debit card.

Insurance

Tidy Hearts Therapy is currently a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly.

This allows therapy to remain focused on your child’s needs without the restrictions that insurance companies often place on treatment.

However, if you have out-of-network benefits, you may be able to submit a superbill to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

You may want to contact your insurance company and ask:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
• What percentage of therapy sessions are reimbursed?
• Is there a deductible that must be met first?

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full session fee.

This policy helps ensure that appointment times remain available for other clients who may need support.

Telehealth

Telehealth sessions are available for clients across Oregon using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.

Telehealth allows families to access therapy from the comfort of their home while maintaining the same level of care and confidentiality as in-person sessions.
