    Individual one-on-one sessions are great for kids to work on skills outside of group therapy.

  • Getting started is simple!

    Once you know which program you’d like, click the corresponding “Support My Child” or “Support Myself (Parent)” button on our homepage. You’ll be guided to our secure online scheduler, where you can:

    1. Select a session date and time

    2. Complete a brief intake form

    3. Pay securely online

    After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need to join your session.

  • Our groups are structured, online sessions where children or parents come together in a supportive environment. Kids practice coping skills and emotional regulation, while parents gain guidance and strategies to manage daily challenges. Each session is drop-in friendly, so families can join anytime.

  • Groups provide a safe space for children and parents to practice skills in real-time with peers, learn from others, and feel less isolated. Many families find that children benefit from seeing peers navigate similar challenges, and parents appreciate learning practical strategies from both facilitators and other parents.cription

  • At this time, we do not accept insurance. If your family is in need of financial assistance, please reach out through the Contact Me page.

  • All sessions are paid in advance. We do not offer refunds for missed sessions.
    You may reschedule your spot up to 48 hours before the session if you need to attend a different date/time, subject to availability.
